Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Krariah Beauty products. If something is not right, here is how we handle returns and refunds.

30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.

Eligibility
- For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty and skincare products must be unopened and unused to be eligible for a return.
- Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are always eligible for a replacement or full refund — just send us a photo within 7 days of delivery.

How to Request
Email us at joutenormil@icloud.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 2 business days with instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers cover return shipping costs, except when the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in those cases we cover it.
